Inclusion Criteria:
* Age between 18 and 40,
* No restriction of the glenohumeral joint,
* No complaints related to the shoulder, cervical, or lumbar region in the last 6 months,
* No systemic or neurological disease,
* Agreeing to participate in the study,
* A Tegner Activity Score of 5 or higher,
Exclusion Criteria:
* A body mass index greater than 25 kg/m2
