* Metabolically healthy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Any metabolic impairments
* cardio/pulmonary diseases.
* Chronic use of the over the counter medicine
* A personal or family history of epilepsy, seizures or schizophrenia.
* Allergic to mycoprotein/Quorn/edible fungi/environmental mould products.
