* Osteoarthritis diagnosed by MRI
* End stage osteoarthritis candidate for total ankle replacement
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy or lactating
* Positive tests for HIV, HCV, HBV
* Active neurologic disorder
* End organ damage
* Uncontrolled endocrine disorder
