Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosed patients of chronic plaque psoriasis
* patients applicant for oral or parenteral treatments and for light therapy
* patients not responding to topical treatments
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients who show hypersensitive reactions to apremilast to any of its inactive component
* Pregnancy
* Lactating mothers
