* ASA 1, 2 or 3
* lung surgery (postero-lateral or axillary approach)
* epidural analgesia
Exclusion Criteria:
* preoperative oxygen therapy
* lack of autonomy
* unstable coronary artery disease
* FEV1 \< 50%
* pregnancy
