* Multigravida
* Patients having Lumbopelvic pain
* Working women and housewives
Exclusion Criteria:
* Hx of Metabolic Disease
* Hx of Pelvic Fracture and Surgery
* Radiculopathy
* Participants with absolute contraindications for the exercise
