Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion criteria:
* Men and women.
* Age from 20 to 80 years.
* Waist circumference \> 102 cm in men and \> 88 cm in women.
* BMI \> 25 Kg/mt2.
* Visceral fat quantification \> 9 (on a scale of 20).
Exclusion Criteria:
* Refusal to sign the informed consent.
* Pregnancy.
* Patients with metal prostheses.
* Presence of active infection.
* Patients with oncological history with chemotherapy treatments or radiotherapy.
* Presence of diabetes.
* Presence of metabolic disease.
* Presence of arterial hypertension.
