* Patient is scheduled for bilateral LASIK surgery
* Patient is in good general health
* Eye glasses prescription of -1 to -8
Exclusion Criteria:
* Significant Dry Eye
* Presence of eye disease
* Uncontrolled systemic disease
* Previous use of RESTASIS®
