* age over 14 years old.
* Patients presenting liver hydatid cyst .
Exclusion Criteria:
* age less than 14 years old.
* Patients presenting other localization of hydtic cyst , than the liver.
* calcified cysts.
* patients with incomplete medical records.
* patients who were lost to follow up.
