* Severe heart failure (NYHA III-IV) with fluid overload
* Ejection fraction \< 40%
* Estimated fluid overload \> 4 kg
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe renal insufficiency
* Acute pulmonary edema and/or cardiogenic shock
