* Patient graded as American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status, I, II or III
* Patient subjected to thoracotomy operation
Exclusion Criteria:
Patient having morbid obesity,
* Patient having renal failure,
* Patient having hepatic failure,
* Patient having neuropsychiatric disease,
