Inclusion Criteria:
* Young people who scored 11 points or more from the Perceived Stress Scale
* 33 points or more from the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory
* No barriers to communication
* Not having any health problems
Exclusion Criteria:
* older than 25 years of age
* continuing any psychotherapy
* using medication
