* VLBW infants admitted to NICU at the first 7 days of life
Exclusion Criteria:
* expected life lower than 7 days,
* babies who could not be fed (any metabolic disorders, gastrointestinal system surgical disorders etc.),
* severe asphyxia,
* severe congenital anomaly
