Inclusion Criteria:
* Helicobacter pylori infection in biopsy
* Eradication required
Exclusion Criteria:
* Antibiotic received two weeks prior
* Previous treatment for H pylori infection
* Allergy to any of the treatment drugs
* Smoking \> 5 cigarettes daily.
