* scheduled for elective rigid bronchoscopy
Exclusion Criteria:
* known neuromuscular disease
* significant hepatic or renal dysfunction
* family history of malignant hyperthermia
* known allergy to one of the drugs used in this protocol
* pregnancy or breastfeeding
