* femoral neck inside or outside fracture
Exclusion Criteria:
* any major surgery on lower limbs within 3 months
* clinical signs of deep vein thrombosis
* use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
* severe hepatic disease or renal insufficiency
