* Age 18 or older
* Diagnosed with opioid use disorder (OUD)
* Receiving care at a participating Discovery Behavioral Health site
* Able to provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Significant cognitive impairment or psychiatric instability that would prevent participation
* Current incarceration or involuntary commitment
