* adolescents with TID
* using medication (insulin)
* willing to participate in the study and complete the informed consent
* having a basic knowledge of working with computers
* ability to communicate on the telephone.
Exclusion Criteria:
* physical or mental disabilities
* take anti-anxiety or antidepressant medication
