* Patients scheduled for elective diagnostic colonoscopy at the surgical department
Exclusion Criteria:
* age \<18
* pregnancy
* colonoscopy under general anæsthesia
* patients not fluent in danish
* patients uanable to understand the study (e.g. people with diagnosed or suspected dementia)
