* Elevated troponin
* Non-obstructive coronary arteries by coronary angiography
Exclusion Criteria:
* Obstructive coronary artery disease
* Contraindications against CT coronary angiography or stress \[12N\] NH3 PET-MR
* Not able to give informed consent
