Inclusion Criteria:
* subjects who were fully oriented
* children diagnosed with hemiplegic cerebral palsy
* no history of intramuscular botulinum injections past one year
Exclusion Criteria:
* children with epilepsy
* gross deformity of upper limb
* children with contractures
