Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients 18 years and older undergoing primary roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery at St. Vincent Carmel Bariatric Center of Excellence
Exclusion Criteria:
* Receiving anticoagulation therapy prior to surgery (i.e. warfarin)
* Did not receive enoxaparin after surgery
