Inclusion Criteria:
* Lactating mothers with symptoms of breast inflammation
* Any mixture of increased breast tension, fever, breast erythema, lumps in the breast
Exclusion Criteria:
* Non-Swedish speaking
* Psychiatric illness
* Hemorrhagic disease
* Prosthetic heart valves
* Skin infections
* Hepatitis B
* HIV positive.
