-Singleton uncomplicated pregnancies between 20-24 weeks seeking routine antenatal care.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Multiple pregnancy
* Preterm rupture of membranes
* Chorioamnionitis
* Placental abruption
* Severe fetal growth restriction
* Congenital anomalies of the fetus
* Preeclampsia
* Oligohydramnios
* Maternal diabetes.
