* aged 18 or older
* understand Cantonese
Exclusion Criteria:
* an allergy, a fear, or a dislike toward dogs
* a history of aggression toward animals
* a criminal history involving animals
* a history of neurodevelopmental disorders
* active psychosis or mania
* active suicidality
