* patients after lung transplantation (single, double or combined)
* Informed consent
* outpatient bronchoscopy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Oxygen requirement at rest
* Need for peri-interventional sedation
* limited German language skills or other reasons which might impair patient communication or computer handling
