Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* age ≥ 18 years
* confirmed aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage on CTA or DSA
* inclusion within 72 hours after ictus
Exclusion Criteria:
* imminent death within 24 hours
* other causes of subarachnoid hemorrhage like AVM or trauma
* language barrier
* ophthalmic or oral trauma or infection
* absent temporal bone window for TCD
