* ESRF patient on hemodialysis who are eligible for the goverment Covid 19 vaccination programme
* 18 years old and above
* consented to join the study
Exclusion Criteria:
* patient who refused to be vaccinated
* patient who deemed unsuitable for Covid vaccination
