* Clinical Diagnosis of Diabetic Neuropathy in Hands and/or Feet
* Must have some sensation left in hands and feet
Exclusion Criteria:
* Any partial or total amputation of an limb or digit
* Any previous experience with biofeedback
* Prior treatment for alcohol abuse
* Severe Psychopathology
