Inclusion Criteria:
* thrombolysis/thrombectomy in one of the seven participating stroke centers following EMS referral
* written informed consent from the patient and/or his/her legal representative.
Exclusion Criteria:
* in-hospital stroke
* referred for thrombectomy by another Hospital.
