Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with BMI≤30;
* Diagnosis of hepatic steatosis, formulated on the basis of criteria
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with BMI \> 30;
* Presence of any pathology that could influence the presence of steatosis apart from the pathologies that represent inclusion criteria;
* Pregnancy or breastfeeding;
* Serious medical conditions that may compromise participation in the trial;
* People following a special diet.
