* Receipt of Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator for 6 weeks or more
* Must be 18 or more years of age
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients requiring more than 48 hours of hospitalization for implantation
* Mental Incompetence (Dementia)
* Physician's contra-indication
