* Clinical diagnosis of mild epiphora.
* Underwent nasolacrimal intubation during 01/2000 - 12/2007.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Purulent excretions from nasolacrimal duct on day of admission or intubation.
* Nasolacrimal intubation in the past.
* Dacryocystorhinostomy in the past.
