* Patients with thyroid cancer who need central compartment dissection
* Routine neck incision surgery
* Patients undergoing primary neck surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
* Benign thyroid tumor patients
* Selecting patients with endoscopes, small incisions, or robotic surgery
* Patients with hyperparathyroidism
