* Proven Adeno-carcinoma
* Underwent prostatectomy and still present high PSA levels
* Refered to PSMA exam.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Below 18 years old
* HIV/HBV (hepatitis B virus)/HCV (hepatitis C virus) positive
* Additional malignancy during the past five years.
