* Patient referred to "My Clinic" at London Health Sciences Centre
* 18 or older
* 12-20 weeks gestational age
* Pre-pregnancy BMI \>= 35kg/m2
* Willing to be randomized
Exclusion Criteria:
* Contraindication to walking regularly
