Inclusion Criteria:
1. adult patients aged 18 years old or older.
2. patients with acute pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2025.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. history of chronic kidney disease
2. Pregnancy.
3. History of neoplasm
4. present of acute infection
5. history of hematological diseases
