* Indication of deep sedation with propofol and fentanyl for more than 48 h
Exclusion Criteria:
* Brain damage
* Cognitive impairment
* Allergy to propofol or fentanyl
* Limitation of therapeutic effort
* Liver chronic disease Child C
* Prone positioning and use of neuromuscular blocking agents
