* Biopsy-proven stage III nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)
* Finished curative chemoradiotherapy
* Have Pre-treatment and post-radiotherapy plasma EBV DNA
Exclusion Criteria:
* No tissue proven NPC
* Not finished curative treatment
* No Pre-treatment and post- radiotherapy plasma EBV DNA
