* Documented diagnosis of HHT
* Active anterior epistaxis
Exclusion Criteria:
* A known sensitivity to any of the materials of Floseal® or the topical medications administered as part of the evaluation and treatment of epistaxis (lidocaine, xylometazoline hydrochloride)
* Pregnant and/or breast feeding woman
