Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Having at least 20 teeth
2. Being between 18 and 25 years old and systemically healthy.
3. No periodontal treatment within the last 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Presence of any acute infection
2. Use of systemic antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs within the past three months
3. History of systemic diseases
4. Pregnancy and/or lactation
5. Xerostomia or drug-induced gingival inflammation
6. Current or former smokers
