Inclusion Criteria:
* Ambulatory patients aged \> 18 years with an indication for flexible bronchoscopy.
Exclusion Criteria:
* tracheostomy
* known allergy to drugs used during procedural sedation
* inability to answer the satisfaction questionnaires
* psychiatric illness, pregnancy
* ASA class IV or V
