Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* patients with pneumonia after HSCT;
* patients under the age of 18 years;
* patients with normal pulmonary function before HSCT.
Exclusion Criteria:
* patients with other severe complications in progress when pneumonia occurred.
