* Babies with gestational age of 35-42 weeks
* Breasfed babies
* Lactating mothers
* Babies admitted to outpatient clinics of neonatology within the the first week of life
Exclusion Criteria:
* Babies with gestational age of \<35 weeks
* Not breast feeding mothers
* Babies admitted to outpatient clinics of neonatology within the the first week of life
