\- Osteoarthritis of knee
Exclusion Criteria:
* Positive rheumatologic serologic tests
* Cognitive impairment
* Adjacent osteomyelitis
* Bacteremia
* Hemarthrosis
* Impending (scheduled within days) joint replacement surgery
* Infectious arthritis
* Joint prosthesis
* Osteochondral fracture
* Periarticular cellulitis
* Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus
* Uncontrolled bleeding disorder or coagulopathy.
