* Every patient submitted for major digestive oncologic surgery in the next 8 to 10 days
* Agrees to participate
* Tolerates formula
Exclusion Criteria:
* Emergency surgery
* Time for surgery less than 8 days
* Serum creatinine \> 1.5 mg/dL
