* Prenatal diagnosis of corpus callosum malformation, isolated or not, between 01/01/2013, and 31/05/2018
* Fetal DNA available
* Mother's informed consent obtained
Exclusion Criteria:
* No amniocentesis performed
* Refusing to participate
