1. Aged 65 or above.
2. MoCA score between 18 and 25.
3. Capability to follow directions and do tasks.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. History of dementia.
2. Previous neurodegenerative illness diagnosis.
3. Severe medical or surgical problems.
4. Major psychological disorders.
5. Inability to use VR system
