* Provide written, informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patient refusal
* Pre-existing neurological deficit
* Existing or potential for coagulation abnormality
* Local or systemic infection
* Allergy to local anesthetic
* Contraindication to propofol
* Liver disease/compromised liver metabolism
