* Requiring restorative treatment for first mandibular permanent molar tooth with dentin caries in each mandibular quadrant with a bilateral inferior alveolar nerve block
* Co-operative ability
Exclusion Criteria:
* Systemic or mental illnesses
* Limited audiovisual capabilities
* Acute dental pain or trauma
